When I go to the Iheart.com web site I get this error message"Specified PLAYER cannot function in this environment" and I don't get sound on any web sites. I do get sound on the same sites using Internet Explorer. The upgrade to Firefox 35 was just now installed but it did not make any difference.

I have installed Adobe Flash numerous times but it never shows up in the add-ons manager. All of these functions work in Internet explorer but not in Firefox.

Your System Details does not show you have a player.

As I said in my initial explanation, I have installed flash numerous times, I just did it again with no results. It never does show up in the add-ons.

The flash player works with Internet Explorer so I know it is installed in the computer.

There is a separate flash player for each browser. Please go to the link above using Firefox.

  • disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
