When I use my webmail (various) the text is poor quality and distorted. It is okay if I use Internet Explorer.

The text on my various webmail accounts has suddenly started to look very poor in quality at times, like typing with a very old typewriter ribbon for those of you who remember those! When I contacted Talktalk about this they said to try Internet Explorer, and it was fine, so it seems to be a Mozilla problem.

There was an update to Windows that went out that may have changed the quality of your fonts. Currently the only work around it to uninstall the update.

It was kind of you to tell me this, but uninstalling Windows updates is a bit beyond me. I could change to Internet Explorer but I like Mozilla. I guess that I am not the only person suffering this problem. What makes it worse is that it seems to be intermittent - I have not yet worked out the common factors between examples of the problem.
