I keep getting Server not Found, try again every time I go to another link.

One of the trouble shooting things is: If your computer or network is protected by a Firewall or Proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the web.

Why, all of a sudden am I getting these messages, and "How do I make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the web."
