remove radio anytime by safe browser from my firefox browser?

I wanted a radio plugin and I downloaded this. It set itself as my homepage and from what I have found on the internet it is a tracking program . I have been unable to remove it. Any help in getting rid of this. It does not appear as a plugin on the plugin menu yet it is there and I can not get rid of it. Have Norton Premier software and they did a remote session a not able to remove it, seems to be dug into the registry somewhere.

This sounds like quite a pickle. Sometimes your antivirus programs miss infections and their technical support team is only running through a list of standard procedures.

Scanning with one or all of the following free software could solve the issue:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one. Windows 8 has antivirus built-in already.
