One folder disappeared from folder pane but all others remain visible and functioning.

Windows 10; Thunderbird 45.1.0; multiple pop accounts; multiple folders; 5/13/16 - one folder disappeared from pane. No accounts affected; all other folders intact.

Never mind. I discovered that Thunderbird deleted the text file associated with the .msf. I inserted a backup. I have no idea how TB deleted the file.
