CAPTCHA on various sites does not work in firefox. Sometimes there is a place holder for the captcha app, sometimes there is no indication that there is Captcha on that page, the page will just become non-responsive. In all cases the page will work in Chrome. Switching back and forth between 2 browsers is a pain.

Fixed. I tried in safe mode and it worked so one by one I disabled the plugins. It turned out to be the AVAST plugin. Thank You !

Hi Mark2424, I noticed you use a number of add-ons that could exclude third party content from pages, so you might test whether making exceptions is useful. For example: Disconnect family of add-ons, Privacy Badger. I don't know whether the Avast add-ons might be a factor.

Also, for private windows, Firefox uses a list from Disconnect for the Tracking Protection feature: What happened to Tracking Protection?.
