How can I reset T-bird to all default (original) options?

Somehow lost all menu/tool bars; for the main (3-pane) window I was able to restore them (with View/Toolbars), but on the Write window (compose a new msg) there is no Menu-bar to select "View." Is there a command to restart T-bird with a full "default" config?

The alt key or F10 has revealed hidden menu bars since the beginning of Windows.
