Why isn't my former dropdown bookmark list available in the library list which I hate with a passion, unless you make it really easy I want my former Firefox!
I have spent a lot of time collecting bookmarks and putting them in the drop down list. Access is quick and fast. Now in the Library there is junk for sites I sometimes visit. I need my original bookmark list in the order they were in. Going to the bottom of the list, then visiting two other screens to find the book marks I use the most is very painful. Why in the hell did you do this? I want all of my old bookmark file put back in the "Library" in the same order I had in my former Firefox file. I can't make heads or tails out of the instructions for recovering my old bookmarks and get them to the Library. Putting them on the desktop is just so much bull****. Why did you screw up what was already a good bookmark system. This new stuff is just too much different from the former NETSCAPE AND Firefox and from the WIN 7 format I have at work. PLEASE PLEASE SEND ME SOME LAYMAN'S LANGUAGE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO RECOVER MY FORMER BOOKMARKS IN THE ORDER THEY WERE IN AND PUT THEM IN AN ICON AT THE UPPER RIGHT OF THE FIREFOX SCREEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAD I KNOWN THIS WAS TO HAPPEN I NEVER WOULD HAVE DOWNLOADED AND INSTALLED THIS "NEW???" FIREFOX I'm just getting too old for all this shit to happen!! and having to re-orient my life.

hi, in the firefox quantum default layout the combined library icon for bookmarks/history/downloads...) is replacing your bookmarks button that you're used to - when you go into customization mode, you can place the dedicated bookmarks button back onto the toolbar though ;-)

Thank you for the help. Now I have another problem. I want CNN to be my home page. So I click on it and drag to the home symbol. However, the next day it takes me to Google. Every day I have to repeat. Why doesn't CNN stay as my home page?
