Just re-booted my computer to get updates including Firefox updates. Now my work outlook email address will not open. It WAS working before I re-booted, and it DOES still open and work normally in other browsers -- just not Firefox. What is going on and how do I fix it?

And we would know this why ? Windows updates have been mucking up Firefox a lot lately, each one different.

uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 57.0.2 with a Full Version Installer https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

I will try this tomorrow, and I DO thank you for responding ... but why the snarky first line? I thought this was supposed to be where we went for help?

Why do Windows updates "muck up" Firefox but not affect other browsers?

Do you get a particular error message that might help narrow down the range of issues, or do you get a blank page before or after logging in?

If the mailbox is on Office 365 or another Exchange server, try starting from the mailbox address and the site should redirect you to the login page:

Example: https://outlook.office.com/owa/

Does it work any better that way?
