Hi Folks,

I'm using the latest version of Thunderbird on Linux Mint 18.2. I can't delete an old facebook account fron the interface (account settings). I delete it, but I restart Thunderbird the account come back.

Is there a config file were I can't remove the facebook account or an other to remove this old account ?

Thanks for your help

Have you noticed any other settings or changes not being saved?

This sounds as if you're unable to write to a settings file, but if this is so, I'd expect other changes to fail too.

Account particulars are stored in a file named prefs.js, but I would advise you NOT to try to edit it directly.

No everything seems to work pretty well, I'm able to add and delete other account (xmpp for instance). I used an ImportExportTools plugin to move my files from Windows to Linux, maybe there are something wrong on the process... What are the rights by default of prefs.js ?
