I enter my 'email address' plus my 'username' plus my 'password' and according to your programming all three are now wrong and I have (at your prompting) entered and re-entered and re-entered this info any your system continues to insist that all 3 are wrong...so you tell me what's wrong. I am not the problem here...

This is 5Juliet55 posting to the above PROBLEM. I did not realize that Mozilla was just going to post this here to be ignored. I actually thought Mozilla had "employees" that would help me but clearly they do not!!! What a huge waste of time this site is!!!

The people who answer questions here (and you are not the only one posting a question) are not Mozilla employees, but volunteers, users just like you, who are trying to help other users in their spare time. And we're dealing with things like : different time zones, and people having jobs and other commitments.

Firefox is a free browser, and Mozilla (the company that makes Firefox) doesn't have the financial means to maintain a call center.

As you can see : you are not being ignored. If you could just be a little patient ......

Would you be so kind as to let us know where you are entering
these data  ?

I received many pre=programmed responses asking me for my username, my password, and my email address so I filled them all in. But none worked. However, I mysteriously just received an email that included a link to my now open email address. That said, I want to use it but clearly someone is perhaps looking at what I might do? I really wanted to use Firefox because in their privacy statement they say they severely limit Facebooks ability to track what I say on their site and this is something I find very appealing. But knowing that someone opened my email for me is a clear indication that someone is watching so I'm now in a Catch 22! Any suggestions?

Again : Would you be so kind as to let us know where you are entering these data  ?

After reading your last post : who is asking you for these data  ?

And whom did you just receive an email from  ?

I assumed it was from Mozilla. It was a pre-printed form...not an email so filled it in. Sorry for taking so long to respond...I am losing my money on the stock market. Thank you.

You're not really answering the questions .....

Where did you get this form that you filled in and what made you assume that it came from Mozilla  ? What did it say  ? You really have to give us more details ....

Would it be possible to provide a screenshot of this form  ?

If you need help to create a screenshot, please see :
