Can I restore deleted bookmarks

I cleared my data from Firefox and deleted my bookmarks. Then uninstalled and reinstalled, just need to KNOW if I can restore them

Unless you made a Firefox Sync account the bookmarks and history are deleted as part of an uninstall.
