How to permanently hide URL bar from limited users - Replacement for Stylish.

We currently use Stylish to hide the URL bar from users. To get around the Stylish not working in modern versions of FireFox we would manually install version 54 and then add Stylish 2.1.1 (https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/stylish/versions/). Now Stylish has been removed all together for a good reason.

Anyone have a different solution?
