Mozilla doesn't use an MSI installer for any applications. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/customizing-firefox-using-autoconfig

or use the 3rd party MSI package that has been around almost as long as Firefox has existed: https://www.frontmotion.com/firefox/
