Thunderbird Lost folders

After a Windows 10 update I have lost about 6 email folders and old emails the only way I have got Thunderbird to work again is to use my email and password again. I did not delete and reinstall Thunderbird so the folders are somewhere on my Windows 10 computer but I have no idea how to find them. I was using pop3 and my internet provider is talk talk JoePeddos
