Cannot delete account following suspected hack Keep getting "Unexpected Error"
I have been hacked and my Firefox keeps saying that My Firefox is being controlled by my organisation, but this is not true I have lost £240 from my account in 30 minutes because of it. Bank confirmed device and browser used I have turned off sync, deleted Firefox from my devices, but when reinstalling it on another machine, it popped back up again I have now completely deleted it and want to delete the account but when I log in from another browser and click on Delete account it keeps coming with "Unexpected Error " and the account remains. Its annoying enough as it is to lose all my bookmarks and saved logins, but this is just ridiculous
Chosen solution
Actually Scratch that!! I have just tried it again and the account is now deleted
And to the hackers.... You got nothing, it was all blocked by my bank and I have got my money back.

We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A list of Submitted/Unsubmitted Crash Reports will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Submitted Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
Thank you for your help!
More information and further troubleshooting steps can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) article.

Thanks both for your replies, but I feel you haven't fully read my post I cannot provide logs, because I have deleted Firefox It was not a problem of Firefox crashing, it was hacked In "Options" it said that Firefox was being controlled by my Organisation.... What organisation??? All I want to do now is delete my account, but I cannot even do that because when I log into my account from a different browser and click on Delete Account at the bottom it comes up with "Unexpected Error"
All I want to do is close the account I am not going to use Firefox again

If you see that 'Your browser is being managed by your organization.' then this usually means that some security software tries to inject its certificate in Firefox. You should be able to check this in about:policies#active.
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/customizing-firefox-using-policiesjson
You can inspect the Mozilla and Firefox keys with the Windows Registry Editor in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and possibly in HKEY_CURRENT_USER with the Windows Registry Editor to see whether GPO policy rules are active.
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Mozilla\Firefox\
Note that the mere presence of the "MozillaFirefox" key is sufficient to make Firefox display this notification, so if you have the Firefox key then remove it and only leave the Mozilla key or remove this key as well if it is empty.
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Mozilla\Firefox\ =>
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Mozilla\
