I want to login with the master password, every time I start the android version. Do not want Google controlling access with its password option. Have a samsung phone A20 any ideas? Tired of retyping master password manually

Chosen solution

The master password protects any account passwords you told Firefox to remember. So the master password is an additional security measure and has got nothing to do with your account passwords. You'll have to type it once the first time it is needed after Firefox starts.

Having said that, Firefox for Android typically keeps running in the background all the time, just like any other Android app. In other words, you shouldn't get a master password prompt very often, because Firefox normally isn't started from scratch, but just kind of woken up from hiding the background.
