Thunderbird configuration with Hotmail

Goodnight. Since November 5, 2020 I had a Thunderbird update to version 78.4.0 and the following days other updates: 78.4.1 / 78.4.2 /78.4.3 - I could never receive messages again, and when I want to send a error. It happened to me with other accounts from another server and the help desk configured it for me and in the Security part I had to change to none and it worked. But not with Hotmail. I don't have ESET for Windows. So the problem does not come from there. I have Avast. Thank you so much
