v.88.0.1 on Win 10

My visited links don't change color. I thought maybe somehow the containers functionality I use is messing with that but it's also not working in Private mode with all extensions off. I even tried extensions specifically for this but they don't work either so it must be some native setting or something? I can see and change the color they're supposed to be but never are.
