Email window problems
Email window menu items turned off.
My friend is having problems with Thunderbird. In the email window some of the menu items are greyed out. How does he make it so he can change the settings?

Do you use your buttons?
For instance, your "Forwards" button is greyed out. The others look OK.
If the fields are not properly filled in for their use, for example sending an email, an input for the To field, these fields remain empty, the send button will for example not be used and will be grayed out. the sending To field will remain empty, so will the send buttons be greed out until something there to send them out.(the great mail).
If it seems to be something different than this send a photo to us.

If your menu items completely disappear or getting blank. Please in options turn off hardware acceleration.
Check if this will work for a moment.
