The mouse-left click button does not work "with 1 site only", but works with other sites.

- I have followed the recommended steps shown in answers/replies to a similar question. However, none works at all.

  1. 1- cleared cache & cookies
  2. 2- tried safe mode and disabled/removed some add-ons manually as well
  3. 3- tried different themes and default theme
  • Please note that the same issue happens in Firefox on Android phone

I have been having this issue for 5 weeks already. as a temporary solution I am using the middle mouse click or right-click to open links in a new tab, then close the current tab

    • Please also note, that specific website works fine in other browsers (6 browsers tested)
      • the issue DOES NOT exist in Firefox on Linux

Hello guys - I have good news :)

1st - site support confirmed that there is no issue navigating the site on Firefox.

2nd - I found the issue - It was the "Enhanced Tracking Protection" (check attached screenshot) - when it's turned off, the site works fine.

3rd Regarding the issue on Firefox for Android, I had 1 add on installed "ADP" - once removed site is back to normal.

Thank you "cor-el" and "FredMcD" for your replies.

Thanks "cor-el" - I will test windows safe-mode with networking and will update you later.

Thanks "FredMcD" - But without login and password you will not have access to the platform, therefor you will not be able to test, Plus, registration is not available at the mean time.

  • please note that the issue persists on Firefox for Android
    • also I have tested 6 web browser other than Firefox, they all work fine

Updates: Issue is not fixed

I am currently in Windows 10 Safe Mode with networking + Firefox troubleshooting mode (safe-mode)

- I'm wondering: Could this issue be related to the website itself ? e.g. maybe they do not fully support Firefox? [[[ note:the site used to work perfectly on the previous Firefox version]]]

    • I will report to the web site support team/developers once we reach a dead end here. However, I'm sure they will ask me to use chrome :'(

Please let me know if there is anything that i could try..

Thanks
