Unable to login the Vanguard.com for the past couple of days.
For the past couple of days, I have not been able to login to Vanguard.com. I can login with Microsoft Edge and using a Firefox Private Window. No error message is displayed.

Because you can log in from a private window, it seems that cookies or site data may be the problem. Try removing them. If that doesn't help, right-click a site link in history and select "Forget about this site".
EDIT: A further thought. If an add-on isn't enabled for private windows, that may be the source of the problem.
