I used Samsung smart switch to transfer data to new phone. When I tried to sync Firefox on new phone with my PC, old phone and tablet I was asked to type in the authorisation code. No matter how I have set my e-mail accounts no e-mail is received in my spam folder or in-box. There is no way to contact Mozilla to resolve this. I have not received any e-mail to state that my sign in was blocked for security reasons nor have I received an error code. I setup a bugzilla account and tried to request that my account be unlocked but there was no way to do this. All it has done is to create an entry that I reported "Zarro Boogs found". How do I get my account unblocked as the advice on the help pages is no advice.

Sorry about personal info but I couldn't get into my account. I'm talking about signing in to my account in Firefox to continue into "Firefox sync". I enter my login ID then my password but then I am not logged in and cannot open sync. Instead I am informed that I have been sent an email with a six digit code to authorise my login BUT I never get the email. I have checked my spam folder, I have put accounts@firefox.com in my address book, I have waited 36hr before trying again but I cannot login and I never receive an email or an error code. I can't follow the advice in your link as I can't open sync. I'm having to use Microsoft Edge to have this conversation.

I can't get into my account to change anything. Why can't somebody from Mozilla unblock my account on the server? The help pages state that I can request my account to be unblocked through bugzilla but there is no way to request that! I am wondering why I make a monthly payment to Mozilla when there is nobody to help when I need it.

Until I get into my account I cannot set up a new e-mail address.

My e-mail address is working fine, I send and receive e-mail quite happily and can retrieve e-mails put into spam. It's the Mozilla/Firefox server which is not sending me any e-mail with the verification code.

From Mozilla Support Page: First wait at least 24 hours and then try again. If you are still unable to confirm your account and you still have access to the email account, then please create a bugzilla.mozilla.org account and use this link to create a request to unlock the account. If you no longer have access to the email account, you will need to create another Firefox Account with a working email address.

The above advice is no help, there's nowhere on the bugzilla.org account I created to request that my account is unlocked which is why I am here hoping to get someone with the necessary access to unlock my account.

To your last question, yes, I am unable to login my firefox account on all four devices, my Windows 10 laptop, old mobile phone, new mobile phone and tablet.

In the UK, btinternet.com. It puts a great deal of normal e-mails into spam so I do not get it downloading into my Outlook mail but I am used to that and check the btinternet mail regularly for spam. I have checked it every time I expect an e-mail with the 6 digit verification code.

I don't think I entered a secondary email address but I have checked my gmail inbox and there's nothing from Mozilla/Firefox. I have been receiving e-mails on my btinternet service all day today. even the usual spam.

My verification code IS NOT in my btinternet mail account, neither the inbox nor the spam folder. Nor is it in my gmail inbox or spam folders. I can only assume that it has not been generated. Surely someone in Mozilla/Firefox can use my information on this page to unlock my account as stated in the advice to use bugzilla.

I have done a new installation of Firefox on my new and old phones and have been able to set then up. I received the Firefox verification code for the new account straight into my btinternet.com email address. There must be a problem with the way my original account's verification six digit code e-email is being generated. Why won't Moxilla/Firefox unlock my account as requested?

In case of issues try to login to the Firefox Account via this website.

Tried both of those this morning. Time difference causing delay. Same old problem, asked to enter verification code sent by email but no e-mail received. I note that on my account no alternative e-mail was set nor a recovery key.

I have set up a new Firefox account. Fortunately in doing that my saved logins and passwords in the original account on my laptop were synced with the new account. I have then been able to open the new account and sync the data on the other devices.

I haver achieved what I needed to do but I think Mozilla/Firefox could improve the advice on the help pages and sort out how the authorisation code email is sent when there is a problem with logging in to an account. I never received the e-mail if it was ever sent to me.
