Sent emails are not delivered

New emails and replies are not being delivered (there is a copy of the email in the Sent folder, but the messages are not being delivered.

I recently bought a new laptop on which I installed Thunderbird to use as my email program for work (self-employed). I was able to transfer all my folders and messages from my Thunderbird account on my old laptop to my new one. I did not change any of the Outgoing Server (SMTP) settings. Here's a screen shot of my Outgoing Server settings.

Nevermind, it's looking like the problem is with the server (Hostgator).
