I installed Thunderbird on new laptop running windows 11. When I right click on an email and choose mark as junk, it does nothing. On my old computer it would automatically delete the email and I would not get it in inbox no more. Also there is no Junk email folder. If I try to make a new folder and name it junk it does nothing?

I solved the problem, went to tools accounts, Junk settings and checked the box to send to junk folder. It made a Junk folder. Hopefully this will resolve the problem.
