You can test whether your previous home page was replaced with Bing by pressing Ctrl+N to launch a new window. A new window will always display your home page.

There is a home page setting on the Settings page, Home panel, but it also can be overridden by an add-on. This article has more information on how to regain control: How to set the home page.

And also:

If Bing only shows up at startup, and it is not your home page, this sometimes is caused by external programs modifying the shortcut you use to start Firefox. More info on that if needed.
