"Restore previous session" is no longer an option on the History tab or in the 3-bar menu. Windows 10 114.0.2

My tabs keep disappearing and I have to restart manually. I used to go to the 3 bar menu and select Restore previous session but now it doesn't appear in the menu.

Can you show the issue? See if updating to the current version make a difference.
