make BCC or CC my email address as the default

I just installed Thunderbird on a new computer and started as a new install. I use to have it set so that all the emails I composed and sent added my email address to either BCC or CC. Where do I find the setting for that?

My goal is to receive email copies of all my outgoing emails.

Highlight account in left sidebar, rightclick and select 'settings'. Then click 'copies&folders' in left pane and you can there define your BCC or CC entries.
