Translation - When I open an email on my application it puts the email in unread on my mobile; how can I do it?

Do you mean that you are opening an email on a computer and yet it is marked as 'unread' on your mobile. Can you explain a little bit more about the problem? Thanks.

In the computer program, the settings for marking an email read is dealt with by a setting under 'Settings/General/Reading and Display'
