Quali parametri di configurazione stai usando? Se, subito dopo aver scaricato la posta da Alice, vai in Tasto menu > Strumenti > Registro attività cosa trovi?

Più in generale, Informazioni utili da fornire nelle richieste al forum:

  1. Versione di Thunderbird
  2. Versione del sistema operativo
  3. Provider delle caselle email (Gmail, Libero, Hotmail, etc.)
  4. Tipologia di account (POP3, IMAP)
  5. Estensioni installate
  6. Messaggi di errore che vengono visualizzati durante l'utilizzo di Thunderbird
  7. Software di sicurezza eventualmente presenti (Antivirus e simili)
