If you don't have an internet connection, you cannot download the Firefox browser, and that's that.

Use a system that does have internet access and download Firefox from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/desktop-release/

Then use say a usb flash drive to transfer the Firefox setup .exe to the laptop and install it.

Though if your laptop has no internet how would you use the Firefox web browser on it?
