In my prefs I have the load pictures "enabled", but no pictures appear. Specifically in Ebay.

Hello Brownstein.

Make sure eBay is not in the "Exceptions" list. The "Exceptions" button should be right next to the place where you enable images for all sites, in the preferences window, Content.
