When I use the Firefox browser lately, I've been getting the message that the URL is invalid and Firefox cannot reload, or resend, it. I upgraded to Windows 7 Home Premium from Vista H.P. on 10/21/2010. However, the problem started in the last few months. (I also use Internet Explorer 8 for some things.)

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

I did the above and disabled Stylish extension which cleared the problem right away.

We're seeing this on all installs of v6.02, fresh out of the box w/o extensions and/or themes. Thankfully we're starting the upgrades to 7. Bad bad bug....
