cannot open talktalk webmail inbox since updating to firefox 4. I tried uninstalling and downloading an earlier version but the problem is now permanent!

when opening my webmail page on talktalk it tells me I have undifined mail and will not open it! In internet explorer I can access it with no problems but as I prefer firefox I am now stuck!
