Why Firefox stucks 40 seconds after 2 minutes after I started it?

Hi, everytime I turn on my PC and I start Firefox, after 2 minutes Firefox is stuck about 40 seconds and my hard drive is reading something, this happens too if Firefox is closed and reopened after a hour or so.

Where is the source of this problem?
