I have the same problem running in Windows 7 when I launch Firefox 4. The slightly different message I get is - [Java Script Application] TypeError: Components.classes[c] is undefined

Correction - the message I get is - TypeError: Components.classes[c] is undefined

That indicates that you are using an add-on that is not compatible with Firefox 4. For details of how to troubleshoot this to find out what one is causing the problem see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Troubleshooting+extensions+and+themes

For chloe_am it indicates the version of McAfee add-on is not compatible.
