Do the following please.

  1. Click the Firefox button, go to Options | Options | Privacy.

  2. In the dropdown menu at the top, choose "Use custom settings for history".

  3. In the boxes which appear underneath, remove the checkmark from "Clear history when Firefox closes".

  4. Click OK, close Firefox and then restart it again.
