Why do I keep getting an Incompatible Browser Has Been Detected.

When I go to the FAFSA page to look up my financial aid it tells me I have an Incompatible Browser Has Been Detected. Ive used Firefox before and have no problem going to that site. I have Firefox on my laptop just as well as my desktop. I dont want to use IE but I hate for another site to give me that same message. It says I need to use FF 3.5x or 3.6x

try https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/user-agent-switcher/ - set it to Firefox 4.0
