Cannot open file by double clicking it

Since upgrading to 6.0.2 I can't open a file by double clicking it. I get "There was a problem sending the command to the program." Also, clicking on a link in an email (Thunderbird) nothing happens.

Sorry, restarting the computer seems to have fixed it.
