Gmail Inbox keeps crashing immediately after "loading" progress bar reaches 100% (Before Inbox is displayed) Firefox 7.0.1 on Windows 7 x64

Chosen solution

It has been a while since I posted this problem. Thank you all for your help. I backed up my bookmarks and made a list of my favorite add-ons and re-installed Firefox. Since the updates to version 8 and 9, I have had no problems. Sometimes a fresh start is required :)

While loading please try clicking the link 'Load basic HTML' on the top right.

Thanks for your answer Vivek, I do know that option is available but I'd like to use Gmail in it's full vibrant form and I hope firefox releases a fix for this!

Clearing the cookies and cache don't seem to solve the problem as I feared. I've also submitted multiple error reports on this issue and have seen at least 2-3 other users having this problem. I fear it could be an exception caused due to some issue between the Operating System and Firefox.

'Load basic HTML' works. Thank you. However, I agree with prashanthr about wanting to use Gmail is I usually would. Also, Firefox crashed when I clicked 'Get Add-Ons'.

I wonder if doing a clean uninstall and reinstall of Firefox will fix whatever is overflowing in the internal stack.
