My grandson installed a Game Master Toolbar. How do I get rid of it? Firefox 7 Mac

I have tried to disable it in the Toolbar menu but it is overriding all my settings. It comes up every time I start a new tab and is driving me potty. If I can't get rid of it any other way I shall have to get rid of Firefox

Thanks but these things seem to refer to windows. I did manage to solve it however by using my time machine. Go to users/your name/library/application support/firefox and then enter the time machine. Then go back to the last saved entry before the toolbar was installed and restore and replace.
