Firefox12 shows no warning when closing multiple tabs

Although I have checked off "warn me when closing multiple tabs", Firefox fails to warn me when I have them open and closes them anyway. I have checked the Boolean settings in "about:config"and they are set to "true". How can this be fixed? It's a great inconvenience to have no warnings.

Chosen solution

browser.showQuitWarning

browser.warnOnQuit

browser.tabs.warnOnClose

browser.tabs.warnOnQuit

change all the above to true in about:config and check it again, the last one (browser.tabs.warnOnQuit) you must create it with control-click > select New > Boolean > enter browser.tabs.warnOnQuit as the preference Name > click OK > select true > click OK.

hello, in case firefox is set to show windows & tabs from last time in preferences > general > startup, i think it is intended behaviour not to show the warning, since the tabs will be rstored at startup anyway.

Thank you, that solved the problem. I had them all set to true, except "browser.showQuitWarning". Should have been the first one I checked. Thanks.
