The easiest way is to use a theme: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/themes/solid

If you'd prefer to adjust everything, not just Firefox, you can adjust how transparent Windows makes the glass effect: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Change-the-colors-on-your-computer
