Flash seems to work fine with any other application I have used. Even before on my hotmail account, I would send emails with pictures or videos and had no problem. It seems to be only since I had to upgrade from Hotmail to Outlook that this problem has occurred. Regular text emails seem to work fine. I didn't even know flash had anything to do with sending emails. Thank You, Michael fall

Chosen solution

Update to version 20.0 to see if this fixes the issue. Please also check if have Silverlight installed as it will help with using Microsoft products.
Also check for plug-ins updates.

Please check if all your plugins are up-to-date. To do this, go to the Mozilla Plugin Check site.

Once you're there, the site will check if all your plugins have the latest versions. If you see plugins in the list that have a yellow Update button or a red Update now button, please update these immediately.

To do so, please click each red or yellow button. Then you should see a site that allows you to download the latest version. Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation and follow the steps mentioned in the installation procedure.
