I don't like having to switch to serif every time I load reader mode. I want to be able to set serif as the default for reader mode.

Hello,

Which version of Firefox are you using? Please ensure that you are running the latest version (23). I just tested and reader mode remembers my last preference for font (serif or sans).

I hope that helps.
