Where can I find power button?

Before my computer was scrubbed I used to have a neat little red power button bottom left. It let me put the computer to sleep, restart, hibernate, etc. I do not know where it came from but I think it was an Add-on. However when I look at your Add-ons I cannot find it.

That would have been a button on the Windows Task bar and not a Firefox button.
