Hello,

Try clearing your cache:

  • History (or New Fx Menu > History) > Clear Recent History
  • Select "Everything" in the dropdown menu, but deselect all the checkboxes except Cookies and Cache
  • Then click Clear Now

Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.
