when I use reply to write an send an email it does not get saved in send, how to fix?
if I use reply to respond to create email it will send it out to receiver but it often does not save it in send file so I have no record of the email sent....Is there any way to fix this? Thanks for you assistance

Right click on your account name -> Settings -> highlight Copies & Folders. Check 'Place a copy in:' and make a choice. Click OK.
