when time-warner was expanding my inbox maximum items I could have in my subfolders I lost all subfolders I had under "inbox."
I had a large number of messages that I was saving in subfolders and my mailbox filled. When Time-Warner expanded my mailbox message capacity, I lost hundreds of saved messages that I had stored in subfolders of my "Inbox." Can I retrieve them (TW said they couldn't help me and that I should contact Mazilla Thunderbird)?

Thunderbird is software running on your computer. Do you really believe that is responsible for your problem? I would call your provider back and ask for someone that knows what they are talking about.
