hi last couple of days had a few email problems - this is one error message which I don't understand. I can receive emails no problem but suddenly have 2 error messages and can't send anything out. I have archived any sent messages to reduce storage but that hasn't worked for the 2nd error message.

any help please would be great xxxx

The second error is caused by your anti virus. See https://wiki.mozilla.org/Thunderbird:Testing:Antivirus_Related_Performance_Issues#AVAST Perhaps you could ask them when they will be fixing that disruptive rlease, it has been months now.

The first error is quite probably a result of the second. You have exceed the number of messages you provider will allow each day, probably because of trying lots and not getting to send anything. Once you have fixed Avast, give it 24 hours and hopefully you will have seen the lat of the errors.
